When will my order arrive?

Delivery dates are calculated from the date of shipment.

Standard Delivery - Orders are processed by the next business day and leave our San Francisco facility within 48 hours of processing. For orders shipping Standard Delivery, please refer to the FedEx Ground Transit Time map below for estimated transit time. Orders shipped via Standard Delivery may be delivered anywhere from 1 to 7 business days after you place your order, depending on delivery location. Our delivery service provider, FedEx, does not guarantee delivery dates for Standard Delivery/Ground service. Please remember: FedEx only delivers during business hours, Monday through Friday.

2nd Day Express – Orders received by 10 am, PST will ship the same day. Once it leaves our kitchen, it takes FedEx 2 business days to deliver the order to you. Please remember: FedEx only delivers during business hours, Monday through Friday.

Overnight Express – Orders received by 10 am, PST will ship the same day. Once it leaves our kitchen, it takes FedEx 1 business day to deliver the order to you. Please remember: FedEx only delivers during business hours, Monday through Friday.


Do you ship or deliver on weekends and holidays?

We do not ship on weekends or holidays. FedEx delivers during business hours only, Monday through Friday.


Where is my order? How do I track my package?

When you place your order on our website or by phone, you will receive an order confirmation via email. As soon as your package is shipped, FedEx will send you an email with a tracking number, which you can then use to track your package via the FedEx packaging tracking center. How can I find out the status of my order?

Click here to go to Order Status / History page located in the Customer Service section of our website. You will be prompted to log in. From this page, you will be able to view a list of your recent orders. If you are unable to get the information you need via this page, please email Customer_Service@479popcorn.com or call us at 888.479.YUMM (9866).

Can I change the delivery address after my order is placed?

Once your order is placed, the delivery address cannot be changed.


Do I need to sign for the package when it arrives?

We do not require signatures for delivery. If no one is available to receive the package, it will be left at the door at the FedEx courier's discretion.


Do you ship to Alaska and Hawaii?

We don't ship outside of the continental U.S. at this time.


Do you ship to Canada or overseas?

We don't ship internationally at this time.


Can you ship to a P.O. Box?

FedEx cannot deliver to Post Office Boxes operated by the US Postal Service. However, FedEx does deliver to retail postal service centers and private mail boxes (PMBs) such as Mail Boxes Etc. If you are sending a package to a retail postal center, please do the following: At checkout, under “Ship-To,” do not use the words “PO Box #” - rather, simply use a “#” sign or write PMB followed by the box number.

Please place your orders by 10 am PST on the following dates to ensure timely arrival of your order for each holiday. Our delivery service provider, FedEx, does not guarantee delivery dates for Ground service.
